Data Deletion Instructions

If you want Ora App to delete your account and personal data, follow the instructions below.

1. Delete your data in the app (recommended)

1. Open Ora App and sign in to your account.
2. Go to your profile or account settings.
3. Select the option to delete your account.
4. Confirm the request when prompted.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to privacy@oraappcatolica.com from the email address linked to your Ora account.

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include: your account email and full name.

3. What happens after your request

• We delete your account profile, prayer history, streaks, and saved preferences from active systems.
• Backup copies may remain for up to 30 days before automatic deletion.
• We may retain limited records only when required by law, fraud prevention, or security obligations.
• To prevent abuse of our premium trials, a cryptographic hash of your email address is securely retained. This cannot be reversed to reveal your actual email.
